Is hacking in to a chat room illegal?

ok there is a guy who uses the user name inyasha and he has hacked into several chat rooms in chatzy and even agreed to letting me die well really he was encouraging me to kill my self is this illegal?
if it is how do i report him i can probably find out his email because chatzy shows it to adimn people

Yes. Read the "terms of use" of that site. I'm not sure that saying "I'm going to let you die" is the same as telling someone to kill themselves so no.

Hacking is illegal period. If you encourage someone to kill themself and they do then you may find yourself in a lot of trouble, it's not worth it.
