I think it's ok if neither one of you is naked. Just don't massage her boobs. Well, just don't massage her boobs underneath her shirt. Well, actually, just don't massage her boobs too much. I think if a person needs medical attention for muscle aches etc then it is not cheating and its more of a medical service. However, If you want a massage for the joy of it then it could be cheating, but only if the other half does not know about it!
I have this saying " if a man and a woman are alone - then satan is always in the middle" Meaning you will eventually have sex. I have never been alone with a woman in a room without having sex with her. When I am in a relationship I do my best to stay away from 1on1 situations with another woman. NO matter how strong you think you are most men know deep down they would want sex when they are with a woman even if they are married and love their wives. Any man who disagrees would be lying!

It is not if you are a licensed physical therapist. You are on shaky ground if you are a "lay" person. Do you have wild, uncontrolled thoughts?[I know I do] What would you be wearing? Scrubs? Naked underneath? You know the potential "pop out" factor. If it pops out it will seek somewhere wet and warm to slide into or at the very least will be looking for it's own opportunity to get massaged.
