Um yeah! It doesn't matter what age. No matter how old, there is a law against it even! Teachers should have no physical relations with students at all. A pat on the back on hand shake would be suitable for a student who has done something worth rewarding. But no, it is unacceptable for a teacher to accept a massage from a student. I am studying to become a teacher and I'm sick and tired of all these weirdo teachers out there crossing the line in student-teacher relations. It is giving teachers a bad reputation. And another thing, as if parents don't have enough to worry about sending their children off to a building filled with wild children and adults whom they are taught to listen to and do as they say! Now, parents have to wonder about teachers abusing their children too!

Well you have to ask yourself why the offer of massage was made in the first place? But to answer your question, probably not against the law but without a doubt (1) totally inadvisable (2) questionable at best (3) very poor practice (4) don't go there!
