I work with a girl, attractive and youngish. I am married and would never cheat. But I gave this girl at work a foot massage b/c she said her feet hurt. afterwards she put her heels back on and said I did a good job (lol). Later I was thinking this could get me in trouble with the wife. how bad a thing did I do?

A very bad decision on your behalf. Speak to the girl you gave the foot massage to, and make it clearly understood that you are married and have no interest in her, you were simply giving her a foot massage. Then talk to your wife, tell her what you do and that it was innocent but you felt guilty afterwords. Tell your wife that you spoke to the girl, and that you will not do it again.
