if you female friends are women you sleep with the answer is no...its not ok....kids are confused enough after the split of their parents. now if you are serious about a certain woman then yes, SLOWLY let them all get to know each other. as far as family friends, people you dont sleep with, then i believe it is totally fine to get together and help each other out with the kids, enjoy adult conversation, while the kids enjoy each other.
