Is it worth it to start up a mobile massage co?

If I charge $75 p/h, and pay my MT $55 p/h, = a gross profit of $20 p/h.

With the time it takes to do the marketing, and make the cold calls, is it even financially worth it? I am not sure how much business I can expect. I was thinking that 3 jobs of at least 4 hrs per job to begin sounds pretty good.

Any thoughts? PS, i love massage, but i am not a MT, I am a marketing and sales person. So, I cant do any of the massages.

Not at those economics

There is a reason why companies pay contractors about 50% - that is the only way to make money!

You can quickly figure out:

If all you did was arrange work for other people, you would have to have 50 hours of work per week to GROSS $1,000 in profit.

A) Do you think you can get that much work?
B) What would your expenses be to generate that much work?

Change the math - if you paid X, Y hours of work = $1,000. Can you find Y amount of work?
