My cousin was born with a hole in this heart and his parents found out when he was 10yrs old and he had heart surgery. He was fine until he got a virus that became a fungus in this heart which led to him having a stroke. His right arm and leg are paralyzed. My question is with his situation is it good or safe for his arm and leg to be massaged to create circulation? because when you touch his arm it is really cold compared to his left arm.
