I bought a Vermiculated Angelfish months ago. Though I know these fish are EXTREMELY hard to keep for a marine tank, but It was suffering in the pet store (It wasn't eating when I told the pet store owner to feed it, It was breathing rapidly, it kept dashing around) so I decided to buy it out of pity, added it to my 30 Gallon tank, Yes I know its small. But after a month in my tank, It has acclimated well, adapting well to tank (It began eating two days after I bought it, nipping on the live rock, eating the pieces of the pellet which got stuck in the small crevices, its not as stressed as before and its more vibrantly colored now)..
Tank Conditions:
75รยบF; sg 1.025; pH 8.4
Tankmates:
A 3-stripe Humbug and a Blacktail Humbug. (Both are a year old now. Yes Don't ask why I have bad taste in Damselfish)
So is my angelfish Healthy?
And yes Im considering on upgrading my tank, I just fear that the angelfish might be stressed once I transfer it to a new tank, and hints as well if I do that?
