In so far as that dislike isn't motivated by hate or blanket stereotypes than it's a simple preference, and not racist, IMHO.
In my personal life I'll pretty much date anybody who I find interesting, and I'll pick up anybody who'll have me and I find minimally acceptable. I'm prone to liking women who are smart, can hold their own, and are strong, though not always in that order. (Often to my detriment.)
But, if I go to an SC for example, I'll generally avoid Asian dancers as they tend to either play up the 'Asian Submissive' stereotype (which I don't much like) or play very hard against type (Which I also don't like). In my case it's the overdone 'submissive bit' that gets me, or the 'trying too hard to not be sub'. Beyond that, I'm fine with EE's and white anglo girls-- But I do try to avoid 'All business mechanical EE's' and 'too good for me white princesses who happen to be stripping'. Actually, I tend to dislike anybody who plays to any type too hard. Surprise is divine.
None of that is motivated by race per se, but to pretend that certain things don't emerge more often with some people of a given socioeconomic / geographic / historical background is to deprive yourself of a useful tool for assessing your own likes and dislikes. The problem, when dealing with pros, particularly out side of a SC environment where you can interact a bit, is that if you don't like submissives, and you TOFTT an Asian who goes 11/10 on the sub scale, then you're out money and not very happy. On the civi side, if you don't like 'traditional' Asian girls (Yes, there is more than one ethnic group in Asia, but...) don't date them. Just don't rule out all Asian girls (or dancers if you get a chance to interact for that matter).
