Is there a certain way a guy gives you a massage that shows that he likes you?

so this guy i like was giving me a massage but it was different from all the other massages i get from friends. he was moving his hands really slow and rubbing my arms and he was really close to me and he also put his hands around my waist and rested his head on my shoulder by my neck and did stuff like that. and then when he stopped after a while i asked him why did he stop and he said oh i thought you were done and i said no i love massages but you don't have to if you're tired and then he said, tired of rubbing your bare back??no!. and then he continued. does that mean anything.?
