Is there any lotion/cream available in stores for perennial massage?

For moms who got perennial massage:

I am 33 weeks pregnant and thinking about starting perennial massage next week.
Q#1) I do not know if there are any lotions that I should use for the massage to go smoothly. I might do it myself or will ask my husband to do if he is willing (I am not sure how he feels about it) I want this done to minimize the tear chances while delivery. I will have to check with my OBGYN if she or any nurse will give me a massage while I am in labor.

Q#2) Does any one know if they practise this massage at Kaiser facility at Zion Avenue, San Diego?

Q#3) I do not know if I should use one, but if i have to then which lotion is best for massage?
 
Q#3) You can use KY or any other personal lubricants. Also, a NEW bottle of olive oil. (Not the one from your kitchen!)

Q#2) Ask you're provider (ob/gyn or midwife) if they have a policy for this at your next appt. and put it in your birth plan.

Q#1) Remember that perennial massage should never hurt! Don't force anything and use lubrication! If it hurts, stop!
