Is This a Fake Chat Roulette Ban?

I was on Chat Roulette last night with a mate, not doing anything remotely against the rules - Had been on for an hour or so before we were confronted with the IP ban page.

I have been banned twice before on CR in the same circumstances and it was the usual re-direct you to the 'adult' site and the option of 'community service' to get unbanned. Both these occasion I just fired off a feed back form to them complaining because I hadn't done anything and was unbanned.

However, the IP ban page that came up last night was totally different than before - It just said "IP BANNED", did not re-direct me and did not give me the option of community service.

This page didn't seem like the real IP ban page, it also says that I am banned for 680 hours (this was 700+ when it happened).

Can anyone advise if they have came across this and if it is in fact a CR ban page and it's just changed, if there is anything I can do about it or if it's just someone messing with me?
