Is this the best book to start learning?

Hi as I told in other post I 'm new to CM , I was wondering if this book is the best to start learning the tecnique of CM

Chair massage work is quite simple.

You may also want to google for "video" clips on the net, and anything in the range of pics, etc. if you are already a massage therapist.

It is basically a matter of incorporating techniques into a seated position.

Don't let it worry you that it is something complicated, like I did years ago.

This said, I have heard very good things about the videos from R.S.

well I 'm a kinesiologo my self ( phisical teraphist ) so massage is not new to me.
But I like to read about this, how many time you press on some point and why, how do you check the time, I mean, how do you do a 10 minutes massage...looking at the clock or base on the tecnique ? where start the massage...from the head or the lower back ... ? and that kind of info.

I you or someone have some more infor about it and can share will be great!

Here's an interesting video clip that lasts for about 12 mins. that I just pulled up on "massage techniques" in the google check for videos.

I perform regular chair massage (not this type on this video), myself when working - for about 12-15 mins. at a time (some clients call for 10 mins. for their staffs) - but this should get a few items running through your head until I can get back with more info.
