Is video chatting on Omegle Video Chat (anonymously) dangerous if I'm on

webcam? What could happen? I went on Omegle Video Chat and realized I needed a webcam. I realized this when people didn't even give me a chance to type, which is understandable because I would not like to talk to someone I can't see, and therefore could not trust.

I found a way to use my iPod Touch 4G as a webcam. My father's ignorantly paranoid about letting me use it because of what others could take advantage of - he's assuming webcamming on Omegle is dangerous not only in the case which I reveal my name (if I do...), but also in the case where anyone camming with me could take control of my webcam and do things (he doesn't know, and neither do I).

So, is there anything dangerous about webcamming on Omegle Video Chat? I'd like to cam if there's not really anything to worry about..
