Hi,
I think issan women are my fetish? (i am quite sure it is - I like thin girls) 80 % of the girls I shared the bed with were issan. And most ladies I spoke in bars were also from Issan.

Am I wrong or are issan girls much more respresented in nightlife than girls from elsewere? ... or is it just my fettish???

I am talking about issarn girls i met in Patong/Patpong.

I think Issarn is in the northeast of LOS (border with Laos and Birma). I met some girls from Kongkeng and Nongkai but I think Utan Tani (?) is also Issarn.

Isan (Isan/Thai: อีสาน; also written as Isaan, Isarn, Issan, or Esarn) is the northeast region of Thailand. It is located on the Khorat Plateau, bordered by the Mekong River (along the border with Laos) to the north and east, by Cambodia to the southeast and the Prachinburi mountains south of Nakhon Ratchasima. To the west it is separated from Northern and Central Thailand by the Phetchabun mountain range.

Take a bow because you know there are differences.....some guys go for years and can't spot any differences between Thai girls from the various regions.

IMHO Isarn girls tend to be shorter, darker, have rounder faces and are more heavily set than Thai girls from other regions (but are still thin by the 'safari' like sizes of farangland). These days I can sit in a go-go and pick out the handful of girls who aren't from Isarn.

Being a poorer region of the country the social status of people from Isarn is seen as lower than those from say, Bangkok or the North. Certainly most BGs I have met in BKK, Pattaya or Phuket have tended to come from some part of the North East - you can't give your home area a bad name if nobody cares about it anyway.

For eye candy, I prefer the taller girls from the North but to each their own.

One thing to say is that if your fetish is girls from Isarn then you need never be lonely when in Thailand. Enjoy.

Heh, they've all only been here for 2 or 3 weeks anyway!!!

I thought I was getting good at being able to guess where people were from in Thailand by physical differences. Was at a wedding sitting with 4 or 5 Thai girls I'd never met before chatting, listening to accents, facial, body types etc, guessed 3 were from Isaan, two I thought were Chaing Mai because of nose shape and had a bridge. So I started a guessing game of where they came from, so 3 of you are from Isaan, yes they squeeld in delight at me getting that correct, two more of you are from Chaing Mai or very near, yes they said all getting really excited at how brilliant this farang was at this particular guessing game. So pointed out who was from Isaan, obviously went for the rounder face, big cheeks, bull type nose etc, oh no!!! long faces all round, two of my guesses wrong and the other two with the slim bridged noses were from Isaan but had nose ops!!! doh all credibility gone, powers of deduction no longer legendry with my new found friends!!

Found the opposite from my visits to the factories in Khon Kean and Ubon, seemed everyman and his dog could offer new models at much discounted prices, even had some owners offering very good part exchange deals especially for our European models, had a Dunc '86 with me and was offered a very tempting deal of many thousands over book price!!.
