It’s time to renew your Georgia Massage Therapy license. Your license expires October 31, 2014, so visit http://www.sos.ga.gov/plb anytime before then to renew. Click on the License Renewal link to begin the renewal process. The online renewal process takes only a few minutes. After updating both your physical and your mailing addresses, and your email address, and answering the renewal questions, you may pay using your American Express, Mastercard, or Visa using the secure server.

Georgia law now requires those applying for renewal of an existing license to submit an Affidavit of Citizenship with their application.* The Affidavit of Citizenship was mailed to you. *You must complete the affidavit of citizenship and have it notarized.* Mail your completed Affidavit of Citizenship to the Board office using the form that was mailed to you.* If you did not receive a form in the mail, please download one from the Board’s website to submit.** Please allow 10 business days for staff to process your secure and verifiable document and renewal application.
