ITEC Refelxology HELP!!!!

Hi everyone, last year I took the ITEC AP&M, I mostly used the Louise Tucker book as I was told this was all I really needed to get through the exams and I passed with a credit, to my surprise and delight!!
I have just started my ITEC Reflexology, I have been told that once again the Louise Tucker book will get me trough my Reflexology. I would like some of your opinions on this please.
Also for the exam what sort of questions are asked? We have been given, today, a huge hand out on muscles & bones for the hands, feet, legs and arms, do muscles come up a lot (a particular weakness of mine!) Are there any past papers I can get my hands on?

I took my ITEC exam in reflexology last year so I might be able to help you. The Louise Tucker book is a good book to use as a textbook and that is what I had. It's good for basics such as the history of reflexology, reflex points for certain disorders etc. but to get more information on treating a wider range of disorders, I would get a few more books as back up as I did not feel that the Louise Tucker book covered enough of these illnesses.
In my reflexology theory, it covered most of the Louise Tucker book but they may also ask you about reflexes for illnesses that aren't in there. You need to know the reflex points on the feet to draw diagrams of where you would treat for certain problems. They may also ask you about law and ethics eg. permission to treat, false advertising.

It's not as scary as its sounds!

Are you doing the multiple choice exam because I did the old version of writing answers down so it might be a bit different.

IMHO the Louise Tucker book is very basic. I didn't even buy it. If you have already done your a and p then you need something more.

Bit tricky really re exams as I did the three hour written paper prior to multiple choice. Would suggest you read as many books as possible without confusing yourself for the exam.
