So, I called Jaileys wanting to book an appointment.
The lady who answered the phone had a thick eastern european accent, and when I said I wanted to book an appointment she said "WHAT?!" like appointments are foreign to her. After explaining how that I wanted to book with someone in advance to make sure they were there, she started ringing off names. I mentioned I wanted to book for Tuesday and she was like "But today is Monday?!" I was like yeah, "I know I'm just booking in advance." She quickly took down the booking and then, because she seemed so confused, I wanted to confirm the day and time, and literally here's what happened.
Me: So, to confirm the appointment, it's on Tues-
Eastern European: Thank you for calling, have a nice day.
*click*
Me: -day...oh ok.
I ended not going, I wasn't sure if I booked with Eastern European, but I know I didn't want to meet her. I'm nervous enough already just calling.
