At 38 get busy now online at tokyo metropolis classifieds online which Ive recommended in many posts. I havent tried it myself but have heard good things about adultfriendfinder in Japan. Look at the tokyo pink guide, do a google search. Try to set one up before you get there.The pro scene has changed since I lived therebut what has not changed is that the classifieds have many thinly veiled pros advertizing.

Things do change fast in Japan and I havent been there since 2004. Really if you cant get free pussy in Japan you are just not trying. P4p in Japan should be seen as a supliment to rather than the mainstay of Jgal hunting, which is of course free pussy. Remember golden rule of Tokyo.
If you look under 32 go to Roppongi on a Friday or Saturday night.
If you look over 32 DONT WASTE TIME IN ROPPONGI
Ignore the Ojyousamas
Move in on 1st date or no later than 2nd.
Dont waste time on one gal move on there are just so many.
Another tip is that there are a lot of "mrs Robinson" types in Tokyo, many Jgals advertize for a younger dude. If you are early 30s you can easily get lots of 30 and 40 something Jgals.
Without doubt Tokyo is a younger man's city, any man over 35 will do far better in China or even Taiwan than in Tokyo. Jgals tend to go for younger guys than Chinese gals firstly of course because Jgals are much richer on average and so are more attracted to youth and good looks than to wealth and security. Secondly because many Jgals work as hostesses or in office or other jobs where they have to endure constant sexual harrasment from middle aged Japanese men they dont like middle aged men generally.
In Japan any middle aged man has amuch higher social status than a young man, the result of this is that most middleaged Japanese men are the rudest people on earth, small wonder Jgals dont like them. Young Japanese women are the most polite people on the planet, middle aged Japanese men the most impolite. If a Japanese man is especially impolite to you, you can say to him the ultimate Japanese insult, the word kisama, however if you do so stand ready for a physical fight.
