They know which girls are booked by regulars versus which girls depend on walk-in’s. They also have a pretty good idea of what services each girl offers. In addition a lot of the times they know information about the clients as the girls sometimes discuss the clients with the receptionist especially around client hygiene or if they think the client is difficult.
