another thing on Julia...perhaps this is her MO but im not sure. I found it weird that when it came to the flip, she asked me how much money I wanted to spend. I told her I dont know exactly what is on the menu? NR, BS, anything else ? She just said you tell me how much you want to spend and Ill take care of the rest. Being a bit suspicious I stuck to the average $100 (on top of 40 room fee) She was good but not amazing.
