as I was waiting for my last 2007 client, (yes a 3 day break), I got to thinking about clients who have fallen thru the cracks. By that I mean clients who have gotten to busy too book in or canceled via phone and said they will call back but haven't.
I went thru my 2007 book and I now have a list of over 25 people plus my call if you have a cancellation list (another 6). Wow, that is a ton of people. Biew me away.
Now I'm booked up rather solidly for the next two weeks: 16 in a four day week and sixteen the following week. However I plan on hitting the phone and CALLING each one of these clients and saying I haven't seen them in awhile and would they like to book in. No gimmicks to get the commitment of scheduling, just a "value you as a client" call. I am expecting some nos, but if I only get half, It will led to anohter solid week.
I suggest all of you ,busy or slow, to look at your old book and find a handful of people and give a call. Not a letter or a postcard, a phone call. You may be suprised at the results.
