I had this happen to me recently in Singapore with an overly cute (read that as thought a lot of herself) girl I took out from Orchard Tower. Result was predictable - poorer service and a request for extra cab fare after I had already paid above the going rate. Last time for that-next time I walk.

That said, the problem is that when you get into this kind of back and forth negotiation at what i consider to be the wrong time, it takes away from the mood (for me anyway). So it becomes lose lose proposition.

Moral of the story, settle the terms upfront.

you are right, the service drops off and they do want to hit you for more. Unless you know the girl do not pay upfront.
Many of these girls are whores because they are lazy andit is easier than 'real' work so the easier the money the better for them

I've experienced once that if this happens then they will start gouging you for more, e.g. not finishing, and may have read here too I think, that the service will decline in quality since they're already paid. So if this does happen in the future would it be better to just move on to the next one?
