I am about the take over a small pub in our local area and am looking at investing in some Karaoke equipment in order to have Karaoke nights without the expense of a Karaoke or Disc Jockey.
Having had a look on internet sites and ebay there is loads of equipment out there and I am totally confused!!
Its only a small pub and I think there wil be a max of 50 people. I will only be using it for Karaoke, so don't need any fancy DJ mixers etc, although will want to play songs when no-one is singing - which I plan to do through laptop rather than Karaoke player.
Can anyone please advise on which equipment would suit me, obviously I want decent good sounding equipment but don't want to spend an absolute arm and a leg because I will only be using in our pub for fun karaoke nights, although i do fancy the cordless mic's with reverb etc (any recommendations?)
Any help what so ever would be greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance
