I've been working in Markham over the past couple of weeks, so I've had an opportunity to visit E&M a few times.

Saw Jenny, Jessica and Sandy.

Jenny: average massage, she knows her craft well and what her clientele want, she offers a good tease and happy ending. A solid and safe choice.

Jessica: Nice GND appearance, probably the best looking one there, she is in the 28-29 range, but her massage is almost non-existent. They should call her LT, short for "light touch", it's basically a light body rub but without any option for extra services. Things don't improve much with the tease as it's also the weakest in the bunch, I guess the good thing is her HJ is so weak that you can last a long time. She also uses a lot of oil, but does a very poor job wiping it off after. To make things worse she expects a large tip in the $50 range, but she is unwilling to put in the effort or work required to get it. Of course I tip what i want, not what they want or expect. I can see her selling expensive gucci bags at a high end department store, she is a nice girl, but I really don't think she will be there much longer.

Sandy: she offers an average massage with good tease and ok finish. A little bit of an odd look to her, but doesn't really matter as you are face down 75% of the time.

Roaming hands with all three was no problem.

I think the lesson here is what we already know, E&M offers decent but unspectacular service, the other plus for those that have trouble for whatever reason getting a happy ending at some other semi-legit type places is that happy ending is pretty much guaranteed at E&M.

Perhaps it's best to stick exclusively with Michelle, I will need to see her again as It's been so long I can't recall if the service was really as good as all her reviews indicate.

Thanks for the honest review. I would agree with you on Sandy. Her massage isn't the greatest, but for me it was good enough. The tease was pretty good and got me pretty hard. Didn't get a finish because there was only minutes left. She did stroke me a bit. I guess she was hoping for a bigger tip. But I told her it's okay, next time.

Do report your findings on Michelle.

Thanks for the review. Your review is almost identical as I had reviewed about those 3 girls. Jenny is solid and knows what she's doing. Jessica was a meh to me except for the look. Sandy's look didn't do it for me and her massage was too light for my liking but to my surprise she has her own regulars who reviewed her very well on other boards. Michelle is the only one I have repeated most.

Though I'd add this review here as well:

One of my go to places was fully booked and i forgot to make an appt, so I went to E&M and Took a massage from Yoyo over the holidays. First time seeing her.

First thing I noticed is she is heavily caked with bright makeup. I don't think she is early 20's as has been posted, probably in reality very close to pushing 30 or perhaps even over. Young girls typically are able to let their natural beauty come through, not cover it up with slabs of makeup...Although I would say her body is firmer than most of the other girls there. I asked for a hard massage and got a decent technique with good pressure better than most other E&M ladies do, but only ranks as average at some other places I go to. As expected the finish was decent as well as this is what the Spa is known for. I'd agree she is restrictive with roaming hands which sort of curtails her money making ability, but that's her choice.

Again overall nothing spectacular and probably would not repeat unless in dire need.

And a word to the wise regarding tipping:

it's really (tip) whatever you decide, the only set price is the $50 room/massage fee, the tip is at your discretion based on the level of service you receive, and what you want or can afford to pay.

As i mentioned before the going rate for a standard topless HE is $40 with attractive attendants, a nude reverse is $60.

So you really need to decide what is fair, and not give away money for what is a very average massage experience. Just know that the ladies are working you, and trying to extract every last cent from you they can.

The problem I see here is you are going to a semi legit spa, paying $50 for full one hr solid massage and the tease plus HJ. The tip is up to your discretion ranging from $20 -50 depending on where you roam your hands. Coming in here comparing with Holistic spas rates where they charge you half hr $40 door fee plus extra tips for half ass massage and the play fees ranging from $20 to $60 nude reverse is kind of ridiculous to me. The $20,40,60 are set service fee prices at Holistic for HJ, Topless and NR. Not the tip.. There is no Nude service at E&M. These are two different kind of spas.
We go to semi legit spas to get a good to decent massage and HE depending on what you like. Some like it hard, some like it light and sensual. These ladies focus on good massage and HE. The kind of spa, the service and the tip you are talking about is Holistic. All the so called Schmucks going to semi legit spas know what they are looking for and they are very happy with what they are getting there. That's the main reason E&M is always busy. Not because of my shilling. You can shill as much as you want, if the service is not there, you will never get nowhere. E&M is the only spa I know of in this price range with decent looking ladies. Nobody is too old, too fat or ugly there.

BTW.. Good luck if you can get a booking with Michelle. There is a reason why she is almost always booked solid with her regulars. Pls let us know if you have a better place something like E&M. Huh..I must be one of the biggest Schmuck cuz I always tip $30-40 even at legit spa Kelly at Bayview & Cummer.

Tips are generated by the extra services, nudity, topless, body slide etc..A HE, especially when coupled with an average massage is widely regarded as being a standard $20 tip. As a devoted life long massage and sex 'cruiser' it boggles the mind you still cannot grasp this basic fact.

There's a reason rates increase dramatically at hollistic spas while RMTs charging 80/hour with no extra services get tipped very little if at all.

Btw, I haven't tried to get a booking with Michelle, but I'm sure it will be no problem. It is odd there seems to be such a huge gap between her and everyone else in terms of service, you would have thought the others would have caught up by now.

I tip based on the service I get and I think the girls that do a good job deserve more. I generally go to semi-legit massage with just HE, maybe a little hand wondering if they are cute.

The way I look at it is if they work hard on providing a good massage with HE I will tip at least 40. There are times when I received an exceptional massage and tipped 60. And believe me they will remember me when I come back. If the girls work hard and are genuine I believe that it should be rewarded.

There has also been times where i got a crappy massage with no extra and i don't tip at all. They try to give you a look or even complain saying that I should tip and I tell them that a tip is when your happy with the service and I would never return. I don't let them try and bully me into a tip.

This is how you weed out the good and the bad to make the whole industry better.

Note: I think it completely different about holistic spa's. To me those are services=price (nude=40, slide=60 and ect.. ) like a menu.

Sometimes you can take a chance and go in on her days off Tuesdays and Thursdays. If she is there working at reception and all the girls are busy, she will take you in. You have a better chance of getting her for a session if you have never been to her spa before and you insist you are there only to see Michelle. Nobody wants to lose a new customer.

The gap between the rest of the girls and Michelle is a different story. You have to understand we all are different and we all have different taste and likes, not everybody like the massage style of Michelle. Some like light massage some like hard massage. Some days Sandy was booked solid ahead of Michelle. Some day Jenny and some day Jessica. That's the reason all the girls are busy and hardly any turn over at E&M. All the girls know they are getting about 5 bucks per hr less than other places where they charge $60/hr. but the spa is always busy so they don't want to go anywhere else.

I don't understand why someone would tip $40 at Kelly Spa. I go there when I need a good massage. It's $45 for the hour. I usually tip $10-15 depending on the massage. That's over 20-25% on the tip! Tipping $40 is almost a 100% markup. And remember, there's no HE at Kelly. I once tipped $25, but that was an exceptional massage.

If I go to EM, the most I would tip is $20. That seems to be the standard for a HE.

Gents..we are not talking about the waitresses at the restaurants who just drop the dishes on your table and walk away here. Tipping 15-20% is fine at the restaurants. This is not like restaurants. We are talking about the ladies who are serving you the whole hour massaging you and pampering you.
You should see how hard they have to work and how much pain they went through at the end of the day. Sometimes their hands were in pain and they were passing their turns to another girl because they were hungry and in pain. Sometimes they were massaging each other's hands. It's not like holistic spas where they just rub you a little and spread their legs. It is real hard work. I am not saying you have to tip that much or this much. I am just pointing out they do deserve a generous tip if they serve you well.

There's no equating services at Holistic and Semi-legits when it comes to the fees and tips.

They are 2 different experiences, completely different in my opinion, unless you believe that all HJ's are the same.

I agree with krayjee. We can't compare AMP girls to say restaurant workers. At restaurants the employees are paid an hourly wage and any tips are on top of that. AMP girls are often paid only a margin of the door fee and more often in tips only. Essentially just assume that you'll be spending $80-140 at an AMP and don't bother if you're not willing to. That's just how it is.

I agree with the last part of your statement, but only with excess tipping in the 75%-100% range for average or mediocre service.

The only time i tip 15-20% is at a fully legit place. That reminds me, there is a nice athletic school girl at a fully legit place i visit every couple of months, prices there are very low, they cater to men, women and couples coming in frequently.
They do a butt massage, but don't do much touching unless it's incidental. Her english is so-so, I'm thinking of pulling a..."you do here, I give good tip", it's a bit out of my comfort zone as i always let the ladies make the first move when it comes to that, but as they say fortune favors the bold..

Back in the day - way back - I was a regular of a very popular Asian SP. I liked that girl ALOT. I would sometimes give her $300 for a 15 minute quickie session during my lunch break. I liked her, so I never felt I was paying too much. If the girl is the best, I will pay her as such.
