Little bit pissed. Went to a favorite provider and was upfront saying I need a receipt which she acknowledge before the massage. Had the massage and everything went great. Was very happy with the service. Got my receipt and went on my way. Submitted my receipt to my insurance company and had received a message back from my insurance provider stating the provider's license was not valid and had lapsed prior to the date of massage.
Why couldn't the provider tell me this prior to the massage : (
