I just had my first Thai Yoga Massage. During the session I felt absolutley great. Very relaxed. Now 4 hours or so later, I couldn't tell that I've even had one.
I have had deep tissue massages and those effect normally last (for me) for about a day or two.
Just wondering if the effects tend to last longer for others. Immediately after the Thai Yoga Massage, I felt better than after a deep tissue one. I just can't see the point of using this modality if the effects are so short lived.
Thanks.
