lavanda - average but not good value

I've been going to this place (Pender @ Seymour pink doorway) since it was "the Den for Men" off and on. I've met some great people there but also had some pretty crap experiences. This was a bit in between.

IMO the new ownership has not made much of an improvement. I paid 4 greens for 1 hour and tipped an additional 4 greens for "1/2 service". This was ok. The massage was ok. The masseuse (Kaly - korean probably early to mid 20s) had nice legs and breasts but was a bit thick in the middle. The other woman I saw there was probably early 40s fairly slim.

Kaly was pretty nice, was not confident with the massage but did a credible job anyway when I asked for more pressure. The hj wasn't that great but I did like the oral play with her firm young tits. She actually wanted me to bite them - I tried to be careful! She definitely wanted me to stay for the hour (actually it was a bit more). Didn't ask about daty but she did give me a condom so i could feel inside. I declined in this case - for some reason she thought the look of the condom on my finger was extremely funny even though it was her idea.

I won't be going back. That place is going down hill (ie hardly any traffic) so who knows it might be up for sale again - for the 21st time in 20 years

I saw Julia at Lavanda about a year ago and it was a pretty good experience. She is the one that used to own toh-far studio in richmond. Used to go by the name of Anita, I think.

She was pretty friendly but the choice was very limited. Just one other girl working and she was nothing to write home about.

Never been back since.

Its not owned by Alice anymore (used to have toh far in Richmond). I heard she moved to Hawaii. She also used to own golden moon.

In my experience nobody has been able to make a go of the lavanda location although I've been there numerous times over the years.
