Cesar Guerrero was arrested for sexual battery in a case connected to a Massage Envy in Winter Garden.
Guerrero was investigated again last month by Clermont police because a woman said he touched her inappropriately at a Hands and Stone Massage location.
Guerrero was fired from Hands and Stone, but was not arrested or charged for any crime in connection to that incident.
Adam Horowitz, the alleged victim’s lawyer, said this is why a lawsuit was filed against the spa.
The company hired Guerrero at a Dr. Phillips location, but he was quickly fired because he didn’t reveal his arrest in Winter Garden.
“Yes, I am concerned he could do this again,” the alleged victim said. “I want other women to come forward and not be afraid and know that he is not going to get away with this.”
Horowitz said more potential victims have come forward.
“This isn't a he said, she said case. This is a he said, she said, she said, she said, she said,” Horowitz said.
The Florida Department of Health’s website showed multiple allegations against Guerrero, but his license in still clear and active.
The criminal investigation for the incident in Winter Garden is still pending in court.
