Legal advise about a massage parlor?

I went to a massage parlor in a Hispanic neighborhood. I walked in and the girl from inside came out. I asked how much it was and she said $50. I asked about a handjob by showing the gesture with my hand. She said “no, just massageâ€￾. There was someone inside because she always turned to look at someone as she answered. Although, I didn’t hear anyone talking to her. I had a picture on my phone of a fetish of mine I was thinking about and showed it to her. The picture was not nasty or anything, and the people in it were fully clothed. Anyway, I walk out and go around the block. I’ve parked my car a block down the same road as the massage parlor. As I walk to my car, an SUV pulls up behind me. I looked at the guy but didn’t stop and went straight inside my car and drove of right away. As I looked at him I noticed he had his cell phone in hand and seemed like he was interested in my license plate number. As I was driving I kept thinking, “Oh my god, now I am in troubleâ€￾. I decided to drive around the block and pass by the massage place driving on the opposite side. Sure enough this same color SUV was parked right in front of the massage place between two cars.
My question is: Am I in trouble? Can he press charges against me? Maybe he has a friend who is a cop and will ask him for my address and have his revenge by breaking my car window or something worse.

Well, you're at home typing this question so I'd bet you are safe. You didn't actually give her any money and if they try to charge you its your word against her's.
Let this be a lesson not to ask someone to perform an illegal act - next time you may not be so lucky.
