Can you give a description besides the pic ? Both of them have been reviewed and needless to say if I call asking your question they will not give me an answer. But in my opinion the answer was yes.

It happens to many of us and you have to remember that the MPA controls the session.

The mpa in question, in terms of my knowledge has always provided a level of customer service, within mp boundaries, that many customers of the bchain have appreciated.

It is always good to post, maybe you got off on the wrong foot. I see no problem with asking for this post to be deleted if a MOD decides to read it and take action.

It is always best to start off on the right foot. I see no reviews in your history, your punishment is to write a good review before the end of the week and make sure you read the posting guidelines sticky.

You are going to have to do what many others do and call them, they do not post their schedules on the web.

There is a recorded message that will tell who is working when and what shift.

If you get the receptionist you can ask what shifts a lady is working during the week.

I checked for you and she is not on schedule for tomorrow.

Hate to bitch but you've got to do something about the appointment booking process.
Last week I had two miserable disappointments at Lexa.

On Tuesday the 19th I booked Natalie for 8 p.m. at around 5 p.m. When I arrived was told she went home at 7. Went with Nikki since I was still in the mood but was seriously disappointed with her lack of interest.

On Saturday the 23rd, I asked for Emily at 4 p.m. but was told 4:15 was better by Gina. When I arrived, was told she was busy and Paris offered to step in. Not a bad session but was seriously disappointed in the way I spent $200 at Lexa and saw nobody I had scheduled an appointment with.
