SAN ANTONIO - The state of Texas plans to open an investigation against a massage therapist arrested for sexual assault. Stacey Niles has been a licensed massage therapist here in Bexar County since 2003. He's being processed at the Bexar County jail after a woman client alleged he sexually assaulted her during her massage Monday. These are several pictures of Niles taken from his Facebook page.
"She purchased the Groupon, which is a pretty credible company to purchase discounts and so forth through, she was able to see that the individual was licensed so the victim is not at fault for anything she did here," says, Officer Douglas Greene, SAPD. PIO
The victim told police this was her first time seeing Niles for a massage. She booked a session here inside a business suite off Jones Maltsberger Road, The victim says after about 35 minutes into the massage, Niles asked her to lay on her back. She told police that is when the massaging turned to inappropriate touching. And she noticed Niles was exposing himself.
"The victim here did everything right, and in this case unfortunately in this case she was sexually assaulted, but she immediately notified us," says, Officer Douglas Greene, SAPD. PIO
Niles was arrested at his home in New Braunfels.
