Hi,
I mainly do mobile work and thinking about replacing my current table which weighs about 16kg. Probably my limit for lugging up and down stairs (although clients like it as it is very comfortable cf other tables used by mobile therapists).
I'm thinking about replacing it with a 'featherlite' table which has a mesh base rather than plywood under the foam. This means that there is a little bit of give in the base (but the plus is that it only weighs 10kg). I've tried lying on them and it feels pretty comfortable.
Info on the one I'm looking at is at
http://firm-n-fold.com.au/store/ultra-featherlite-adjustable-height-p-65.html.
My concern is that the give in the mesh base would reduce some of the impact of deep work.
Does anyone have any experience of using these tables/any comments.
Regards
Richard
