Lisa at Wendy'sDay Spa.

So, once a year we have the Yonge Street festival here at Yonge and Eglinton, always a good reason to get out and say hello to about 10 000 of your closest friends. On my way up to a local pub, I of course have to pass Wendy's Day spa.

Strange that the 'Open' sign seems to be winking at me these days, every time I try to walk by. The operative word being TRY. A call upstairs tells me that Lisa is working, a girl I haven't yet had the pleasure of meeting. I walk in and she greets me with a big smile, directing me to the only available room, and as usual here, I opt for the one hour massage, knowing they do a better job not having to pack it all in during the half hour. Wendy has made sure that all her girls/ladies know what a real massage is. Lisa asked me what strength I wanted, and after finding out I like hard, went to work on my back, legs and feet.

Lisa is attractive, fairly tall, probably in her early to mid thirties, long hair and has a nice slim build. As often happens, the build has no reflection on the strength of the massage. I almost had to turn around at one point, wondering where all that massage was coming from. She seems to have learned a little from all the other ladies working there, and incorporates a number of different techniques to give you a deep and satisfying massage. Lisa made sure throughout the massage that she was doing exactly what I needed, and adjusted accordingly when I asked. In a number of places, not too many ladies care or try to ensure that you get a proper massage, but as is the norm here, you are taken care of from beginning to end.

Sometimes I almost don't want to turn over at the end of the massage, but almost is the word. Flipped over, and enjoyed another great massage.

I think I have seen all the ladies here now, and unless someone new starts this week, I will be able to take a breather until my next visit.

Definitley worth a repeat, and as most members who have been here know, this is not a place to expect any extras, but definitely worth a visit for a great massage at a great price.
