Living Well Massage Vancouver Legit?

So I was looking for a RMT Massage and came across this add on craigslist. What got me interested in checking this place out is they offer RMT receipt and have 10 young girls to choose from and very cheap. Has anybody been to this place?

I did manage to check this place out last week around 8PM and this old lady gave me a 40$ massage plus 20% tip. I was very clear about getting them to write a RMT receipt which they did and I plan to see if I can claim this with my extended health care at work. The massage was pretty good, very hard and full body from head to toe. However, the lady did ask me if I wanted "More Happy" I told her "no thanks" I am not sure if I heard her wrong or if it was some kind of a joke? This place is located on Granville and 70th. This place looks legit with a website and everything but I am not sure? Can anybody shed some light on the legitimacy of this place or has been to this place and offered a HJ?

I went here and got the "extra happy" , actually was one of the four hand massages.. anyways I submitted the RMT receipt to my insurance company and they were unable to process it because the RMT number wasn't legit.
