LMTs answer only, please: Do you offer Hot Stone Massage as part of your outcall?

I have an outcall-only LMT practice and cater exclusively to woman. Many of my clients have asked me if I plan on offering Hot Stone massage. I am prepared to invest in learning it and purchasing the proper equipment so that I can offer it to them.

Here's my question for you LMTs out there: have you/do you offer hot stone massage as an OUTCALL service? What have/are your experiences with it - good, bad or otherwise? I would like to hear your experiences including what kind of equipment you suggest purchasing (how many stones will I need? can you recommend a good vendor to buy them from?).

I have researched this topic on the internet and haven't found much info - i don't think that many LMTs offer hot stone massage as an outcall service. Thank you!

I feel it is too hard to do it as an outcall service. There is just too much stuff to bring with then you have to wait while the stones heat up. What you might try are those packs you can heat up in the microwave. One of my exchange partners uses them and it works real well.

As an MT I think it's too much work to bring it all with you, put it all together,and perpare it. I've never heard of anyone I know using it as an outcall service.
