Local neighborhood with a lot of BBS?

Why don't you ask your friends where that street was? or your friend where she used to live. Say you saw a restaurant you wanted to try, or a shop you wanted to buy something from.

If I knew the cross streets, I could easily find it myself. I took a cab there with friends, and problem is I didn't take note of the location at all.

Anyone have a clue where this is?

Stumbled across a local neighborhood last year that had several BBS lined up along a long main road. Was there at night and the area was hopping. There were tons of local eateries on the street as well. What struck me about the location was that several of the BBS had windows with unobstructed views where you could clearly see providers in skimpy outfits standing out in front, as opposed to the typical discreet places with curtains or strategically placed opaque bars on the glass.

Was helping a friend move out of her apartment at the time so didn't get a chance to explore at all and now I have no idea where it is. It was outside the city center, but still within the inner ring I think, or at least not that far outside of it.

Anyone know where this might be?
