Location Preference

Let's help these owners out a little.

I've noticed a lot of posts where customers are concerned about location and amenities.

What is your preference - Street level access or second floor?

What specific amenities are a must?

Location - normal retail area or is industrial okay and why?

Personally, I prefer a place like Sunny's or Lavender, inside a professional building where customers can enter and depart privately. But a public street level access will not stop me if the ladies are good. Cleaniness is a must, no compromise there; if I see dirty sheets, I am gone. I have serious issue about getting massaged on dirty sheets. A shower would be great, high on my list but I can compromise, i.e. Sunny. Retail, industrial, residential are all okay with me as long as the neighbors are not like LaBella's who would stand outside point at you and your car and talk about you.

While I prefer private "vendors" that use their home, I've had better luck in commercially located business in the last few years. I don't really care much about what floor they're on and so on. Just that there's decent parking nearby. Retail or industrial, whatever.

Clean sheets, a must. I time my sessions so I'm going home afterwards, so the shower is not a big deal. I also always leave either from home or the gym, so I have a shower immediately prior.

Discrete locations with plenty of nearby parking. I don't mind walking a short distance from parking to the actual business. Nice clean place, warm rooms. Shower in the room is the best, but clean shower on site is ok too. Fond memories of my first time at Xiaoping - even after a long hot shower, the massage oil (recycled grease) would not come off. Fully adjustable lighting in the room and proper hooks, hangers for clothes is good. Pleasing smell in the spa is a plus, with no lingering smell from previously heated foods or dirty bathroom. Regular investments in replacing sheets and towels makes for a premium experience.... nothing like leaving covered in lint. How about a fresh bottle of bodywash instead of a bunch of empty bottles, and some soap with pubic hair in the shower area. The best owners or managers are fanatical about freshness and hygiene. It keeps drawing clean customers.

What places, short of Body Rub’s, have in room showers?

I've been there twice both times attendants were in their 40s. Not what I expected but the massage was decent the flip was great . The older ones have their practiced their stick handling . I just closed my eyes and thought. Of Lindsey peals . Would I repeat. I don't know , maybe .

in their 40s !!!!!!!!….wow....well im pleased to hear these youngins are doing well...at my age of 64 I wouldn't mind seeing someone around my own age should some be available ...mg
