Yes to trying Lomi Lomi, but not a fan. The style is more focus on spiritual healing/relaxation as opposed physical healing. It has mostly long light sensual strokes, as opposed to the deep muscle penetrating pressures. To me, that style doesn't do anything for my sore muscles but everyone is different. It is like meditation vs. gym exercises, both can be good, I just prefer the gym. Since there is no link, I cannot comment on the specific provider.

I have seen her before.
As people mentioned, it's a soft touch more spiritual massage than a physical therapy one.

She is legit and doesn't entertain anything "extra".
