I asked the same questions regarding Nevada and Rhode Island on another board myself. Maybe that's why it's hung up in the Senate judiciary committee. Because it's unenforceable. What does the US Gov gonna do? Put up cameras in other countries red light districts?

They have more serious problems to worry about, than harassing mongers who don't want a serious relationship.

So under this commercial sex is illegal whether here or abroad. How about Nevada? Are they going to shut down the brothels? None of this has a thing to do with human trafficking, except for my ass sitting in traffic on the way to TJ. Besides the stupidity of this, what is the purpose of passing these completely unenforceable laws?

HR 3887 has passed the HR with 404-2 in favor. It makes having sex with a prostitute a crime. The Senate has reviewed this twice and sent it to the judiciary commitee, for further review. I've added a couple of links.
