Looking at office space

So far I have only looked at one space. Well, in that one building was 2 spaces available. One would have been perfect IF the 2 rooms that would be used for massage were bigger. The second was larger and also would have been great IF you couldn't hear a mouse run across the floor above us. LOL

So, today I am driving a road I always drive and I see a office space for rent sign! Woohoo. I pull in to read the sign and the price is right. It is 375 square feet in the basement of a small country style building. I asked the landlord about the above office and noise and he said he can't say no noise but he said that no one is ever in on the first floor. Basically its a bowling assocation and he said one or 2 people might be on on Saturdays. I will test out that noise level when I go in to see it though. Shared bathroom which is on the first floor so I will have to see how convenient that is too.

I go see it tomorrow! I am so excited. There is another space I want to check out but this one is much cheaper and I know the landlord is a decent guy.
