hey there, I'm new in town
I'm looking for an asian massage that's actually good and heavy (massage back with knees if possible, etc.) with a customary finish or more
is there anything like that in the Main/Broadway area?

All three of the following do a very good heavy massage but make sure you ask for it. Two are close to Main/Broadway.

Amy at Prosper City at Main & 19, east side of Main.

Coco at Kiku at Main & 15, west side of Main.

For the real spinner, there's 40 kg Ayumi, but she's further away at Prosper's other location at north side of Kingsway & Nanaimo.
