Hi everyone,
I'm new here and I'm hoping someone might be able to advise me...
I've been told by a massage therapist that my back is more curved inwards then it should be just in the small of my back, and this seems to constantly pull the muscles in the middle of my back so my shoulders are always hunched because it hurts to sit up straight. The pain has been getting more and more severe and now I'm struggling to manage the train journey to work, and I wake up in pain everyday.
Has anyone experienced this or does anyone know any good treatments? How severe does the curve have to be for it to be considered lordosis?
