Hi just wondered if anyone can help?
A few years ago i injured my back a work and was of work for a few weeks, then felt little better for a few years...then started a new job 2 years ago and pulled it again and never really got better.
Anyway im 41 now and work for a department store as well as my holistic work which my job includes filling shelfs and standing at a till for 2 hours at a time! I have lower back pain which is also in my legs, hip and groin area..its just a dull ache but really getting me down
Im of to the Physio next month as have a appointment at the hospital.
Is there any exercisers i can try for this ? i swim once a week and also cycle often too.
wow its horrible when you do massage and noone to massage you
