hi, i was recently diagnosed with lesions on the disc in my lower back. I've had stiffness and intermitant pain for about 18 months. Have seen physios, chiropractor and osteopaths all to no avail. Is anybody else suffering the same, and can they recommend any treatments or supplements or anything at all that might help!
