The problem at this place is that they leave the room to handle situations evolving with walk ins. So many of these businesses don't know the basics of running a great personal services spa. Sad

It all comes down to dollars and cents. When it's slow, why pay two girls to sit around waiting for customers that may or may not show up when you can pay one to cover the phone/door while doing a massage?

I sometimes wonder how XP can have four or five girls available just about any given time of every day. Perhaps they are on "commission" and only get paid for each client? Not that familiar with employment law (not that these places care about the law...) but I thought that employees still had to be paid an hourly wage even "on call".
