Lymph glands/fatty tissue on man's chest

So I have a weekly client who asked me what was going on with one side of his chest. An inch to an inch and a half beneath his nipple line he has three squishy, fatty tissue deposits. The deposits don't protrude from his chest, they just feel a little different to the touch.

My suspicion is that they are lymph glands that are not draining completely, but I have NO training in lymphatic drainage to base my gut feeling on.

He has no pain but appears to be able to palpate them easier than I could, so I assume he has some sensation.

Any ideas?

I'd definitely suggest he have it checked by his M.D.

I'm sure there will be plenty of ideas but the main thing you should do is to refer him to someone qualified to diagnose.

Possibly a lypoma (benign fatty tumor)?

It sounds like lypomas (fatty tumors). I agree about sending him to an MD to have them checked out.
