because...? I am having issues trying to figure out what I want to do with my life. Finally the idea just came to me at 11pm at night last night. I want to be a massage therapist. My goal is to find a career that makes people feel at peace with themselves and their minds. I can't see myself working in front of a pc cold calling people for the rest of my life.. I'm not great in school either.. I thought a certification program would be a fantastic way to go. He didn't think so..
What should I do, I'm really excited about this option. I couldn't sleep a wink last night because I was so excited to tell someone about it, if that doesn't scream passion I don't know what does.
We've been going for 1yr and 5 months? This isn't a fling, we were hoping to get married in the next year or so.. so it's not as though I can just through this relationship out the door.. I just want to ease his mind, but it was honestly shocking when he said "if you pick this career, you can do it on your own."
My future goal is to own my own business, so how do I express to him that I want to do this career until I have monies saved to create/transform my home into my own business? I think I'm a smart cookie taking this route.. I'm into interior design too, my family wants me to persue my dream in that catagory, but I don't see myself sucessfully supporting myself with that type of degree. What am I going to do, freelance work?
Imo, any man I think, would loathe over the fact that their gf's have skilled hands lol. What do you think?
