M2 support health and safety in workplace

Hi could you help me i'm researching byelaws and First Aid regulations and need to know

1. How to monitor the requirements are been met in the workplace
2. How any breaches of the requirements would be recorded
3. The potential risks of non compliance with the legislation
4. The limitation of your own authority for rectifying breaches of the legislation

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may find much of the information you are looking for under 'Student/Training Forum'. post: 'M74 and H & S type homework information from old Forum'.

These forums have just been revamped and there was a wealth of useful information on the old one (which has now gone to the cyberbin), but Gussie very kindly spent many hours copying and pasting loads of stuff over, so check it out.
