So I saw Madeleine for the first time about two weeks ago. Here's my story.

I, like many others, had trouble initially reaching her for an appointment. I was a bit too email-centric, ignored her suggestions to book by phone, and paid for it. My experience with Madeleine sucks! Three times unilateral appointment cancellation....My stick has gotten frozen on the ice already .
